Our EEE

Experience: We service a number of corporate and commercial clients (listed and private) in both our Johannesburg and Umhlanga offices, and believe in following a hands-on approach. Thus, we ensure that one of our directors – who, between them have a combined 137 years of experience in the provision of legal services – directly oversees every one of our departments, whilst always ensuring that our junior professionals are well informed in their particular practice areas.

The firm was awarded, during 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015, no less than 15 excellence awards for being elected as one of the big four banks’ best performing attorneys on a variety of different panels, including those for foreclosures, debt review and administration, insolvencies and conveyancing.

Ethics: We subscribe to ethical business practices founded on honesty and integrity. In practice, this entails that we ensure that our personnel are up to date with the latest and best practices to protect our clients’ best interests and to enhance our reputation as a trustworthy law firm with good standing in all spheres of business. This is also evident by the recognition that we have received for exceptional interest contributions by the Law Society of the Northern Provinces and the Attorneys Fidelity Fund over the past years.

Empowerment: As a Level 2 B-BBEE Contributor, we are committed to transformation, employment equity and uplifting previously disadvantaged individuals, and actively promote and encourage cultural, ethnic and religious diversity of our most important asset – our people.
